Andreas Elton Med Smil

Andreas Elton

Managing Director, Arctic Offshore Rig

Mr. Elton joined Arctic Offshore (Nor-Ocean Offshore) in 2016 to lead the rig group. Mr. Elton holds a Bsc in Finance and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has more than 15 years of experience within rig brokerage and investment banking, including 5 years based out of Houston. The main focus during the past decade has been on large, well established drillers in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil in addition to Asian shipyards.

Anders Storksen

Anders Størksen

Mr. Størksen joined Arctic Offshore (Nor-Ocean Offshore) in 2016. He has more than a decade of experience from offshore rig brokerage and advisory from Pareto Offshore AS. Mr. Størksens core areas of expertise is the Sale and Purchase market; Jack Ups and Floaters, where he has an extensive track record and also the New Building advisory where he has advised numerous clients on New Build contracts.

Anders Størksen has acted as adviser to many investment firms and established drilling companies seeking advise on the offshore rig sector, often in connection with debt restructurings, M&A opportunities and Sale & Leaseback arrangements. Mr. Størksen holds a masters degree in Law from the University in Bergen and from Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law in Oslo.

Niclas Wagner Larsen

Nicholas Wagner Larsen

Mr. Wagner-Larsen joined Arctic Offshore Rig in 2015 and comes with a broad network within the oil and offshore industry. He has prior work experience from UNO Offshore, Lorentzen & Stemoco, and Schlumberger in Houston. The main focus will be to continue working close with the various players in the rig market and shipyards in Asia. Mr. Wagner-Larsen has a MSc degree in Petroleum Engineering from NTNU in Norway.

Ludvig Lyng

Ludvig Lyng

Ludvig joined Arctic Offshore in August 2018. He has experience from KWC AS where he provided financial modelling, market and competitor analysis, and company valuations (2016-2018). He holds a MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.

Stian Malterudbakken

Stian Malterudbakken

Stian joined Arctic Securities in 2010. Stian holds an MSc from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), specialising in finance with a minor from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Erlend Billingstad Nettside

Erlend Billingstad

Mr. Billingstad joined Arctic Offshore Rig in June 2023. He holds an MSc in Business with a major in Finance from BI (2023). While pursuing his degree, Mr. Billingstad gained practical experience through internships at companies like Wilhelmsen and Nordea, as well as specialized corporate finance companies.

Nanette Dalsbo

Nanette Dalsbø

Office Manager

Mrs. Dalsbø joined Arctic Offshore (Nor-Ocean Offshore) in August 2008 and is today in charge of the office administration. Mrs Dalsbø has varied background from the hotel and service industry.
